Checked out La Cha Cha Cha with a friend for lunch. The rooftop restaurant has cute décor reminiscent of the desert. During lunch it's considered self-serve happy hour. There are no servers to order from. You order directly from the bar and sit wherever. With this you must get your own plates, water, and cutlery from the bar top. That's why I am taking off a star. The food was good and came out quick. It's been a very hot summer. I would suggest they get misters as we could only stand the heat for about 30 minutes before we had to leave.

Everything went well we had a 6:45 pm reservation and we were seated at 6:45 Boom! The young Lady at the Front desk, got Us a Beautiful and quaint table we were outside nice view and we had lots of room and we can hear each other talk it was great, our server was named( Alex) he was great spoke Spanish and English Love the diversity, Downtown is Rocking with these nice Beautiful restaurants on top of Buildings the food ahhh well me and my Wife have Been there 3 outher times and we were celebrating my Birthday and ( yes) I wanted to go to La cha cha cha Restaurant but this time we took a friend ( she) loved it she couldn't believe we were in Downtown all together it was a Lovely evening.

Food and service was great! Went there with a friend. We ordered a few dishes and split them. Guacamole and awesome chips, Cesar salad, Pork Belly Taco, and the Halibut entry. All was fantastic and just enough food for us both. Note: this Resturant is up a flight of stairs. Im not sure if there is an elevator somewhere...if there is one...its' hidden and not easily seen or posted....but you might want to ask if you have issues with stairs...like me. Valet parking is a must as you pull up to the Resturant...and the price is reasonable. Parking is a commodity in the area.

Had a few drinks at the bar after our dinner nearby. The outdoor area was very lively and packed for a holiday weekend Sunday. This is a Mexican restaurant and bar so they had many tequila & mezcal specialty cocktails. The flaming hot Cheetos mezcal cocktail was delicious and strong. But the vodka cocktails weren't as good especially the espresso martini. It tasted bit off for some reason. Nonetheless our bartender was very friendly and attentive. It was a very relaxing bar experience. We would like to come back for food next time!

Relaxed vibes. You feel transported out of DTLA and into a rooftop bar maybe in NYC or Mexico. Music was nice and not overpowering. A nice place to sit with friends or coworkers or a date -- the crowd was eclectic. You can also catch the sunset and the night time string lights create a warm atmosphere. The bartenders were very helpful, too, with recommending food and drinks. They have an extensive happy hour menu and the spicy margarita was just the right amount of spicy. The ceviche was fresh but I wish the portion was bigger! Chipotle papas was really filling.
